We want you to be able to meet your suppliers in a safe way

We do this to prevent the spread of infection Covid-19:

• We maintain a constant dialogue with local and central authorities regarding guidelines and recommendations.
• We have more visiting hours to avoid large collections.
• We allow a maximum of 50 visitors per visit time, i.e. excluding exhibitors and organizers.
• We make sure that distances are kept between all participants at the fair and when queuing.
• We maintain a close dialogue with our premises landlords to ensure good hygiene at the fair, such as cleaning, wiping of surfaces and stations for hand hygiene.
• When needed, we strengthen our staff on site to ensure that rules and recommendations are followed.
• Food & beverage is served in accordance with restaurant regulations and safety precautions during covid-19.

To think about during your trade fair visit:

• Keep your distance from others.
• Maintain good hand hygiene.
• Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
• If you have symptoms, stay home and let us know.
