The fairs are part of Skånsk Byggtjänst's series of qualified meetings for selected professionals. A meeting place where professional prescribers, clients and contractors can meet suppliers in well-defined areas.
Our fairs are much appreciated by visitors and exhibitors. High quality products and visitors, efficient meetings over a lunch at a local market. All at a reasonable total cost for exhibitors and high accessibility with clear messages for visitors makes them different from the big fairs in several respects. In a time when time is a scarce commodity, our events are cut and dried, narrow theme with news, limited with exhibitors, visiting hours over lunch and centrally chosen meeting place.
Our fairs are Roof & Facade, Energy efficient houses, Wet rooms, Interior and Park & Street in Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenburg. In addition, we do road shows to smaller cities across the country every year.
Outside the big cities, we arrange tours with the combo theme Roof & Facade with Energy-efficient houses and Interior with Wet rooms. We also do the theme Park & Street outside the big cities. With these fairs, you reach the important local decision-makers in building planning, construction production and management outside the big cities (see the respective fair theme and calendar). These are very effective meetings where local professionals meet suppliers within a clear trade fair theme.
For each trade fair week, there is a responsible project manager who you can contact with questions. Search the calendar or the contact page.
If you are looking for companies or products that have been exhibited at previous fairs, get in touch with us on the contact page.
The trade fair medium is an effective channel for creating long-term, high-quality business relationships. In personal meetings between sellers and buyers, both parties develop a better supplier / customer relationship. At a time when time is a more important factor than anything else, prescribers and clients choose their meetings so that they provide optimal dividends. At a trade fair, suppliers can present complex products and technologies in a unique way.
It is not the number of visitors that is important at a trade fair, but who comes. In Sweden, there are a few trade fairs in construction worthy of the name. We only work with players in the construction industry and have established a unique network of contacts and confidence to deliver quality information.
When participating in a trade fair, the exhibitor expects to meet customers who generate sales and the visitor to get a selection of products and meet knowledgeable representatives of suppliers. The big fairs are effective for brand building while local activities provide better sales. The most important decision-makers rarely have time to go to large trade fairs. There, local centrally located fairs are very efficient.
